2012 will see launch of two new models from Audi. The company has just revealed that they are ready to launch S6 sedan, and will be showcasing two models of this car at the upcoming Delhi Auto Show in January.
Mr. Michael Perschke, Head of Audi in India said that these cars would make an appearance during the second quarter of 2012 along with a small sports utility vehicle Q3 which is specifically designed for the Indian market. With an aim to target 40% growth during the year, Audi is expected to go full steam ahead with these two new launches. Audi will also be showcasing a concept hybrid electric version of A3 at the Delhi Auto Show
With sights set on increasing sales, the company would also be increasing their dealerships across the country. Audi has dealers present in 15 locations and plan to spread their networks across 23 locations by end of 2012.
Audi India hopes to surpass both BMW and Mercedes Benz by 2015 in the luxury segment and has also launched a lower priced SUV Q5 earlier this year.
