BMW C650 GT and C600 Sport powered by 647 cc inline twin engines offers 60 hp and 50 lb/ft torque are both super efficient and highly attractive two wheelers, both expected to do exceedingly well in the markets next year. Displayed at the BMW Motorrad stand at EICMA, the two wheelers were the stars of the show and though developed on the same chassis and mechanicals, the two bikes are likely to target two different segments of customers.
The two bikes BMW C650 GT and C 600 Sport have a 60 hp, 2 cylinder DOHC engine with 15” wheels and rather wide tyres. Though C600 Sport is more sporty and aggressive in looks it will be competing with the likes of Yamaha T-Max Throne. C 650 GT however is more staid in appearance and obviously targets the more sober customers. It offers more aerodynamic protection and ensures an upright driving position. Both these models are to be introduced in 2012 though the company has not given any indications on pricing.
