The TVS Motor Company launched the revised and more powerful version of the TVS Apache RTR, the TVS Apache RTR 180. The bike has been a stunner and liked by all bike lovers and critics equally. Much appreciated is the bike for its looks and ergonomic design. We have conducted a short review for the viewers of bikerzlane.

Looks

The bike is beautiful and quite a head turner on the road. One of the noticeable things that anyone can see is the Bull Horn Grab Rails, much like the CBZ sported couple of years back. The bike also sports awesome graphics now all geared with the Legendary Racing GT Stripe that gives that extra oomph. Also, the RTR decal that is put such that it is shared between the air scoop and the tank is a head turner too. The bike is available in colors namely – White, Yellow, Grey and Black.

Features

It features an oval square engine that can churn out 17.3 ps @ 8500 RPM with a max torque of 15.5NM @ 6500 RPM. This means that the bike can zoom to the top speed within no time. The bike uses ROTO PETAL DISC BRAKES for both front and rear that ensure that no jerking takes place on braking. The RTR sports really wide tires for a comfortable ride that are a size of 110/80.

Performance

The RTR 180 gives the same powerful performance as the earlier version of the RTR. It zooms from 0 to 60. But, the main difference is seen in the zooming of 60 to 100. The bike is average in terms of mileage and works out decent for the kind of looks and zooming that it provides.
