Concept cars are something we all look forward to cause hardly any go to production floors, but are a visual delight. We do expect that when Mercedes has announced plans to launch its concept car Viano Vision Pearl at the Frankfurt Motor Show, it will someday make it to production.
The Mercedes concept car has been described as a yacht on wheels that sports matte grey exterior with a unique front fascia and LED daytime running lights. Based on the interior images, the cabin is loaded with leather seats, wood floors, brushed aluminum trim, W-LAN connectivity and a bespoke Bang & Olufsen audio system.
Mercedes-Benz Vans head, Volker Mornhinweg, says, "The Viano Vision Pearl is not merely a functional van, but also a stylishly designed living space. We have created a vehicle which combines generous spaciousness with an impressive design. Anybody who attaches importance to stress-free and at the same time stylish travel will find that the Viano Vision Pearl is the ideal companion. The interior design and technical features make the Viano Vision Pearl the S-Class among vans."
Though there is a long long wait for cars like these with optimum technology and luxury mix to reach India, we can hope that Indian automakers too become innovators and wow us with new attractions.
