M&M is certainly putting their hands in multiple projects. And, might we say, it feels just right to ride the auto boom when all seems fine. It’s been less than 3 years that the Mahindra group bought into the two-wheeler business with their acquisition of Kinetic Motors. Might seem a short period for some, but M&M has already entered the foreign market with their scooters and motorcycles.

Mahindra Two-wheelers has begun exports only recently. The company has already shipped a few thousands 2-wheelers to countries such as Sri Lanka, Kenya and Cuba. The company is keen on finding more destinations they can export to. Mahindra looks upon Africa, Latin America and the SAARC region as prospective overseas markets to export motorcycles, and scooters.

Mahindra Two-wheelers has announced their participation in the 125-cc category of the MotoGP motorcycle grand prix in the 2011 season.
